Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Valytica (the “Service”), operated by Gnanalytica, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.

Valytica helps valuers create cases, extract fields from documents with AI assistance, run record checks, record site visits, compute valuations, and generate reports. AI-extracted values and insights are suggestions to assist a qualified valuer — you remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and signing off on every valuation and report. Valytica is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials and one-time codes confidential. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

• Use the Service only for lawful valuation work you are authorised to perform.
• Upload only documents and data you have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other organisations’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not misuse automated record/portal checks in violation of any portal’s terms or applicable law.

Valytica uses a per-report wallet model. Charges apply when you generate billable reports, drawn from your wallet balance or included free reports. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Wallet top-ups, when enabled, are processed by our payment provider; except as required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable.

You retain all rights to the documents, data, and reports you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service (including AI extraction as described in the Privacy Policy).

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI outputs, record checks, or extracted fields are accurate or complete — verify them.

To the extent permitted by law, Valytica and Gnanalytica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from valuations or reports you produce using the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
